Identifying the new business leads through cold calling and other selling strategies.

Ensure the customers satisfaction by expediting the customer problems and present the best possible solution.
Presenting, promoting and selling the product by using the cost benefit analysis to meet the customers demand.
Ensure to complete the sales cycle within the targeted timelines (from Sales suspect to the Payment collection).
Manage the assigned existing customers and establishing new business relations as well.
Managing role of Distributor Front Line Technical Support for the South Region that comprises the Sales Staff
of 8 to 10 members for nearly 500 clients of 80KL to 100KL of monthly volume.
Custodian for the YOY business growth and sustainability exclusively in the power sector (Gas and Diesel Engine).
Providing lubricant Technical Services like Lube Audit/Survey, Lube Coaching, Lube Video Check and RCAs etc.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

As a Maintenance Engineer my job responsibilities are: To look after overall Maintenance works of the Department. To maintain the record of faulty machines and completion of repair works on daily basis. To keep the record of Machine Downtime entries. To maintain liaison between higher management and the maintenance Department. To keep maintaining the inventory of machine parts. To minimize the machines downtime to reduce influence on production. To advise workers and mechanics regarding the specific repairs of machines. To guide workers to adopt various safety measures and standards during the maintenance work in order to reduce the accidental incidents.
